Terms & Conditions
1. Appointment Booking & Deposits
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Deposits will be applied toward your final bill.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other appointments.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance via phone or text without any penalty.
For Fresha bookings, changes must be made within 48 hours. After this time, Fresha will not allow changes.
3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
Cancellations made within 2 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, will incur a 100% charge.
4. Manager’s Discretion
In genuine cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the management may waive cancellation charges at its discretion.
5. Punctuality
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, with applicable fees.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Lotus Skin Beauty & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or breaching these terms.
