Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Booking & Deposits

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits will be applied toward your final bill.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other appointments.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance via phone or text without any penalty.

  • For Fresha bookings, changes must be made within 48 hours. After this time, Fresha will not allow changes.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, will incur a 100% charge.

4. Manager’s Discretion

  • In genuine cases such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the management may waive cancellation charges at its discretion.

5. Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, with applicable fees.

6. Right to Refuse Service

  • Lotus Skin Beauty & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or breaching these terms.
